Occupational Therapist
Education: Masters
Description: Provide assessments/evaluations and other occupational therapy services to patients and/or clients for the purpose of injury prevention and rehabilitation as well as health promotion. Participate in activities and training to promote and attain regulatory compliance at the local, state and federal level.
Speech Language Pathologist
Education: Masters
Description: Provide diagnosis and treatment of speech-language & hearing disorders and conditions purpose of disease management and rehabilitation as well as health promotion. Participate in activities and training to promote and attain regulatory compliance at the local, state and federal level.
Physical Therapist
Education: Masters
Description: Provide assessments/evaluations and other physical therapy services to patients and/or clients for the purpose of injury prevention and rehabilitation as well as health promotion. Participate in activities and training to promote and attain regulatory compliance at the local, state and federal level.
Qualifications:
A graduate of a certified Physical Therapy Program approved by the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners, (DPT or Masters)
A person licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Texas or a Texas license pending
A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post-training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position.
