Evaluations typically last between 1-1.5 hours. We request that a parent/guardian be present during the entire evaluation. Siblings are not advised due to the need to focus during the evaluation. However, we are aware of sibling childcare needs. We encourage you to come with as few distractions as possible. 

If you have had any previous testing completed please bring the report to the evaluation. Also, if your child has had a Modified Barium Swallow Study (MBSS) or Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) completed, please make sure to bring the report with you. If you have concerns with swallowing or feeding, please bring the following to the evaluation:  patient food, drink, cup, and utensils.
